Work lights for the nail desk and the lash bed, plus one small lamp that cures gel.
On a nail desk, the arch decides how much fits underneath. The 30.7-inch half moon clears about 14 inches inside and carries 392 LEDs, while the 33.5-inch model adds width, 465 LEDs and a phone holder that sits flat or upright. Short on desk space? The 23.6-inch gooseneck clamps to a top up to 2.1 inches thick or stands on its own base, and it bends 360 degrees toward the hand in front of you.
Lash work happens above the bed, so those lights roll. One rises from 57.1 to 80.7 inches with 308 LEDs at CRI 90 and a magnetic remote, and the 3-segment lamp opens out to cover 34.25 inches. The mini 36W lamp is the odd one out: it cures gel with 365 and 405 nm beads and gives off UV, so dermatologists advise SPF 30 or higher on the hands, or dark fingerless gloves, before each cure, as our story on gel lamps and UV sets out.
Each of these lights sits on the Pro shelf of the CGBE lineup.
Questions
The 30.7-inch light clears about 14 inches inside its arch, enough for a nail pillow, a curing lamp and both of your client's hands. At 16.3 inches tall, the 33.5-inch model gives a little more.
All the work lights do. The gooseneck lamps switch between 3000K, 4500K and 6500K, and the half moon and lash lights move between 3000K and 6000K or 6500K in three settings.
Up to 2 hours. It cures with 12 beads at 365 and 405 nm in 10, 30 or 60-second modes, plus a 45-second auto mode.
Yes. The lamp gives off UV, and dermatologists advise a broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher on the hands, or dark fingerless gloves, before curing.
